Hawks Homes

Homes are wonderful, but the “service men and interior trim out team” are WORTHLESS. These are possibly the worst construction people to deal with. They do good work but their motivation to get the job done is none existent. I have to call the service manager “Donna” everyday just to make sure that someone is working on my home. They want your money fast. They don’t finish the job fast.

When I purchased my beautiful home from Hawks and PAID IN FULL I did not expect to have to endure such a nightmare! Once the house was placed on my property, the “trim team” did not arrive for a month. Once they did arrive, they worked for a few hours for a few days and headed back to Alabama without talking to myself or my husband! The motivation or lack there of is unbelievable. Once they have your money you can’t get ahold of anyone or get anything done! NIGHTMARE.

Do not do business here, extremely untrustworthy. Will try to cheat you out of your earnest money.

I have been in the Hawks twice both times they were very professional and helpful in providing me with information. Kevin Hawkes spoke to a seller of some property I was looking at for me and explained how their financing works with no questions asked he was very helpful. If I purchase one it will be from them I have chosen one Kevin Hawks is going to get me pricing on the changes I would like to have and we are moving forward.
