Very nice man we worked with. We drove all the way from Sherwood he kindly allowed access even though it was after closing time and allowed us to look thru the homes on our own & not once rushing us or making us feel like we were keeping him. I wish I could remember his name more clearly, I think it was Mark? The very kind & understanding gentleman in his mid 50's (maybe) stayed with us after we got thru looking and kindly talked to us about financing options again, no pushing or rushing even though it was an hour after his lot closed. I was concerned it was going to be like a car lot, however not at all like a car salesmen. Cannot say enough about his demeanor & kindness! Thank you to that very kind gentleman and we will be back once our credit is done getting cleared up.

My parents worked for 3 years to get a home that they have wanted for a long time. This home is the one they will spend the rest of their lives in. They even went down to the factory in Texas to see their home being built. Upon getting their new home the siding was damaged , wall paint wasn't up to par needed lots of touch up, some outlets and switches were hanging out the wall, cabinet were wrong layout, trim needed repaired, wrong island base and many other items to list. They got a year warranty on their dream home and have been in their home coming up on a year and almost nothing has been done to fix the problems even after multiple pictures and emails have been sent to management.

Amazing! Friendly staff!!! I bought a home and received it in June. I work in sales and I was so impressed with the customer service their. It was the best experience. My original salesperson left and after I received the home I had a few last details to finish up. I think every salesperson in that place has helped me and they were all very good to me. I would highly recommend shopping here. If you want a fun friendly shopping experience this is where you will find it!!!!

We just closed on our house last week. Michelle and Matt were amazing! We were a complicated situation because we were moving the home to Texas, but they worked side by side with us the entire time. I would recommend them to anyone.
