Some of the worst people I've ever dealt with! Terrible workmanship and refused to fix it!!! Had to pay someone else to fix their work!! NEVER do business with this company!

A&R installed a downflow evaporation coil and condensing unit to my air handler. They did not install a duct connector and air was just blowing under my home. I called them and explained that I have been in the business for 23 yrs and that this is an improper install. 2 weeks later they came back out and taped up the plenum with duct tape and called it good. My a/c runs constantly and pours water out the plenum because when the did the install they did not apply mastic or insulation to the plenum. This is a hack job and improper install. They do not do good work. My electric bill is $500 because of poor workmanship.

Brand new a.c. quit working after a month was told it was fixed quit working again today been about a week in a half 85 degrees in my home right now not available on the weekends no body knows what they are doing there they ran my wife around in circles having her do their job just to get a tech out here last time. Tech told my wife he has no idea how this a.c. operates.

Very bad service They don't know how to fix my Air condition my dad Spent $300 already and It still don't work. It's been over a month.
