Awful experience so far and we haven't even signed off on it yet. Brandon is unwilling to do the things he promised. Siding looks like it's had extensive hail damage. It looks like children did the painting. Ceiling peices in the center were never painted to match the rest and I wish I had never bought it. Hole in the wall done by movers never fixed correctly. The shutters that were there (some were completely missing) looked like they were 100 years old. I just don't want to see anyone go through what we have gone through. Their only saving grace is that their receptionist is a very sweet lady.

I wouldn't buy a doghouse from Brandon crook. Made promises that he could not and would not keep. I still have holes in the walls from moving the home and in the ceiling. I bought the home in november and now its march and he still has not finished what he started

Everyone was super nice and very helpful. They work hard to get you in a home. We love our new place.
