Headache Specialists

If I could would give them half a star. This office used to run FANTASTICALLY but since the Original established office members are no longer there it had gone to the ground. Trying to get someone to answer the phone and when they do Jessica give you an attitude. Trying to get re-established since my mother's death was an issue with billing l. After 16 days and me constantly call finally get a call and ALL of a sudden they are no longer taking any new patients. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE OFFICE NO PROFESSIONALISM OR CONSIDERATION. Worse office EVER

He left his practice with no notice to his patients! No letter, no note on the door, no message on his answering service. Will not be seeing him again. Horrible way to treat your patients. Would give zero stars if possible.

When I first started here several years ago they were great. They came recommended by a coworker. They have gone so downhill. It’s February 7th and I’ve been trying since December 10th to get a refill on my prescriptions. I have called and spoke to the front desk many times and left messages many times. No luck. Only one doctor here and he’s decided he only wants to work two days a week from now on. The days he works changed every week so no one ever knows when he will be there. There’s no one else there who can help you when you are gone. Stay away!!!

Every time myself or my girlfriend call for anything we have the front desk lady, Jessica, speaking so snotty and rude and blowing us off. She takes messages and we never get a call back. She says she will get information and we never get a call back. After my girlfriend has her appointment with Dr she stays in the que for over an hour so she can set up follow up appointment and injections and no one comes and no one calls to schedule nor do they return our calls to schedule the appointments and after a few weeks of this cycle we get told by Jessica that we will have to see the Dr to get the injections scheduled. Going months without the injections and suffering further. We are about to search for a new specialist

I have seen Dr A on and off since 2005. His secretary, Maria , was amazing and I got along with Dr A fine. However, over the past year, his entire staff has walked away. He added a nurse practitioner that I really liked, but he has now moved on as well. I called to confirm my appt for Vyepti infusion this week. I was told no more appointments were being taken and the person I spoke said she would get back to me as to whether my infusion would happen. She never called me back and upon calling today , was told they cancelled my appointment. The infusion is given on an ongoing basis. I’m beyond frustrated. Cannot find a good headache specialist in Vegas. Very disappointed!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. Dr. Ansarinia is a good doctor but I can never get ahold of the office, I am constantly sent to voicemail, and I have been off of my treatment plan for months because nobody is getting back to me when I call to ask for help. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue. They hardly ever fill my medications on time. I am suffering from severe daily migraine and it seems like absolutely nobody cares except for me. I’m so angry.

One of the worst performing clinics I’ve ever seen, unbelievably rude receptionist and massive communication errors between staff. One staff member will say something along the lines of “you should get a call for your mri in a few days” and then you will call again in two and a half weeks and the receptionist will belittle you and say “yeah, the doctor would NEVER do that I don’t know where you got that idea”. If you have the option, choose a different clinic. You will get more headaches from how frustrating they are and leave no better than you came only to have wasted months or years of time here.

A choice between here and anywhere else on Earth…choose anywhere else. Devoting more time to this parson would just be a waste of my valuable time. Dr A…your fired.

This practice is very unprofessional. After waiting over a month to see the doctor, a half hour before the office closes I get a call attempting to reschedule my appointment. I don't live in Las Vegas and had to take a day off work to rearrange my life to make it to this doctor. New patient forms state that if you don't cancel within 24 hours, you have to pay a $55 dollar fine but it's okay for them to cancel on you without that same notice. Find another neurologist.

Dr. Anssarina will not even look at you while talking. You have no idea if he's talking to you or leaving messages while viewing the computer. The staff...? Nope. Irrelevant. First it took 7 months to talk to someone. I called and called with no luck. My neurologist keeps sending referrals over and over without any luck. Finally my company insurance person , was able to get an answer and appointment the very next day. Few months later, was leaving out of town. Called for refill and NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS! NOT ONE PERSON. My pharmacist tried without any luck. I had to call my primary doctor to get my meds before leaving town. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.
