Be careful and do your research. If you have any chronic illness and know how your body reacts, better not share that with this team. They don't like if you actually know abything about med or your own body! They are way more concern about their team getting covid then treating those with asthma. Had to fight to be seen last week , weezing even though the Doctor told me I wasn't. I still am. Doc N went to prescribe a med and when I asked what the properties were and if I was allergic.. '' uh.. hhmm.. I can check" . Didn't even know what the med was made with... Then they were out stock and instead of suggesting something just dismissed the cough med all together. If you have any chronic illness do not see these team. If you are coughing DONT CALL THEM . They will just assume you have covid. What a shame... Be careful out there!! Not all doctors office want to help...
Roseman Medical Group's services have been nothing but professional in every healthcare visit I have had. The providers take their time, I never wait, and I never feel rushed. I also can get an appointment easily. Love RMG!
my Father James Psotka has been a patient for about 7 months now after his second visit they referred him to another neurologist regarding his short term memory. he and I both have been leaving messages for the doctor only to not even get a return call to help us with scheduling. really poor customer care.
I had my first appointment as a new patient at Roseman Medical Group this week. When I arrived, I was greeted by the super friendly receptionist, who took my temperature and welcomed me to sit in the waiting room. All seating in the waiting room was spaced for social distancing, which made me feel very safe. The waiting room and entire office were super clean. The nurse Jessica was incredibly helpful and thorough when reviewing my history. Doctor Prum was super friendly, professional and so helpful. I am so happy Roseman Medical Group and Dr. Prum were recommended to me - they are amazing!!
I've been seeing Dr. Navvaro for over 2 months him and his assistant Tamara are wonderful and professional I've never felt more comfortable around any medical professionals then I do them. I came in with extremely high blood pressure and after just talking with them my blood pressure was down 20 points. He put me on medication and my blood pressure has been really good since then. Also put me on cholesterol medicines and those numbers have improved dramatically. Unfortunately because of insurance problems I am being forced to go to a different doctor but as soon as I get it worked out I will definitely be back. Thank you Dr. Navarro, Tamara and the entire Roseman medical group. 02/14/2020 P.S. did I mention how much I like Dr. Navarro and Tamara they are great
I was searching for a new primary care doctor insurance change. I was super excited because this looked like a one stop shop for all my medical needs. I filled everything online or at least I thought I did to get to the office still earlier than my appointment time to be told I had to reschedule because of it. As a new patient whom thought Everything was completed Already, this was pretty rude. I can’t say anything on the doctor didn’t even get to her. I did not reschedule with them as I am looking for a new primary doctor here in Las Vegas. This interaction left me thinking I probably dodged a bullet.
I moved to Las Vegas a few short years ago and have lost three providers due to them leaving this place which is concerning. The front desk staff did not care about my concern and were very rude, non-responsive and extremely unprofessional. I have since sought a more caring and reputable provider. I highly recommend anyone wanting a caring and consistent provider do the same.
STAY AWAY. The office staff don't know what they are doing. I seen Dr Elena Garcia 1 time as a new patient and she quickly switched my diabetes medication. I was in the hospital multiple times for dehydration and the Dr could only apologized to me stating that I was 1 in a million that had all the allergic reactions. It has been 3 months and I'm still not back to normal from that drug "Trulicity". The Doctor decided to put me back on my regular med's. I went back and forth with them for 5 days after they told me they sent my prescriptions to the Pharmacy but never did. Not good to be out of medicine when your a diabetic. they hung up on me multiple times and sent me a letter stating that I was no longer a patient. I'm appalled at the level of Care this doctor and Staff provide, or should I say does NOT provide. Then they had nerve to tell me I was rude. If you received bad patient care and was lied to and did not receive your diabetic medication how would you react ? Unbelievable experience that has cost me over $3k in hospital bills . I would not recommend this office or doctor to treat my pet rock.
Clean office and professional / friendly staff. They have a really details covid safe procedure for check-in. It’s hard to find a good family dr that is friendly, professional, personable, and take their time to explain to you about your medical condition and report. I’m so glad I finally found Dr Garcia. Her MD assistant MJ is super awesome and friendly, and helpful too.
I was surprised how well they do their job. Dr.Prum was polite, caring and professional. They always call me to tell me about my tests results, my medication, ask me about my progress. So far I have very good impression about this clinic.
