I went here yesterday for the first time to get my hair colored and styled, and I think this place is by far the best hair salon I’ve been to. Randi took care of me and she pays so much attention to detail. I love her energy as well! Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. I felt like I was a regular the way they treated me. Everyone is so sweet! And Digits the salon cat is also sweet. You get a great haircut/style and a free cat therapy at the same time if you like cats like I do! The best ! Love the atmosphere, Love the outgoing friendliness of the employees who are excellent conversationalist. But most of all I love the cut that I get from Rhandi ! She is the best! When I go to get my hair styled it's like going to see friends. Down to earth staff who perform excellent services.

I’ve known Penny’s the owner shop for over 35 years. I’ve lived on the street where the shop is located a bit longer. I can’t count the number of people especially women who have there quintessential Baltimore Hon hair done at Headliners. And they do it very well! I am a man, 42, thinning actually very thin hair on top and Randi one of the stylist that specializes in men’s cuts, including beards does absolute magic. I look my very best after one of her magic cuts. The same can be said for the many cuts, colors, shampoos, perms and blowouts I’ve seen over the many years. The atmosphere is lively yet private. One of Penny’s cats is usually strolling around and they are so friendly if you are into cats if not, they find other clients to get love from. I can’t say enough about Headliners and their staff. Just call and tell them what you need and their will be a stylist that can make your hair and you happy!

I really like my hairdresser Randy. I have been going to her for years. I love her attention to detail. She makes sure everything is done right.
