These people are awful to communicate with.  My very first week, they delivered on the wrong date AND time, and no one was home.  I spoke to a "manager" that apologized and admitted she didn't look at the notes.  Recently, I asked that my meals be placed on hold, as I was going out of town, and received no response.  That same week my credit card was charged, even though I have proof of the email sent to hold my meals.  Then I called about the credit card charge and was told that I would receive a refund.  I never got the refund that I was told I would receive and I got meals that week that I did not expect.  Now, they are not answering phones or emails.  It's clearly a bogus business with a severe communication problem.  I wouldn't recommend this to a single person I know.  In fact, I'm telling everyone that I know how awful it is and recommending other meal plans instead.

After debating over pricey delivery meal kits I decided to give Health Course Meals a try. The 5 for 35 deal was too good of a price to not try once. Ordering was easy, and I picked up the food from their location on the West Bank. I was skeptical that the food would be well seasoned/cooked and that the portion size would be enough. I was proved 100% wrong! The food was excellent, I got chicken, turkey, sirloin, and the pork loin, all were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The veggies were tender, and the sweet potatoes were my favorite carb! I love to cook, but it is hard to get motivated to cook for one. This provides a healthy simple option! Highly recommend!

Ordering online is quick and easy, and delivery is very convenient. It's tough to find places that satisfy both of us, but Healthy Course has a good variety of proteins, veggies, and grains prepared in differed styles and portions, as well as prepared meals and bulk options. 

Everything is fresh and made to order. I love that so many customizations are possible. We order the 5 for $35 with double meat portions and "spruced up" with coconut oil and peppers for extra flavor. We get the veggies roasted and order other carbs like potatoes in bulk. 

Prepared this way, I think everything tastes great, although you may want to add salt and seasoning to your own taste.

We have been getting 15 meals a week for a month or so now and it is the best thing that we've  ever done. We mainly did it for the convenience. We didn't want to continue to eat fast food and pizza and there was no place to get healthy food quickly. We do the 5 for $35 plan. We are spending 2/3 less at the grocery. We all get what we want and there are no pots to clean. The food is consistently good and fresh. My kids pick out their own meals and we do too. We all have different tastes which is easier now. The kids and I like veggies. My husband doesn't eat them he orders protein and carbs. I am so pleased with Healthy Course. It takes the stress out of dinner time after working all day. I'm a big fan !!
