Chante is the best. Went above and beyond trying to help me and my fiancé figure out this crazy healthcare system our country "provides" us. I have searched high and low for someone to act like they care the way she has shown us. These people are great. You can't find better healthcare application assistance anywhere.

This company has great customer service, I set up a VSP account with Chante' Conway and for some reason i couldn't get the registration to go though so I called up to the office again and Chante' Conway answered the phone and she was able to set me up in 2 min flat. We need more people in this world like that. Thank you Chante'

One of the managers at this company, Kelli, came in my small business & made a huge scene because we would not let her get a discount PLUS use a coupon. She made it clear that she did not care that double discounts were not our policy even though the coupon clearly stated "no other discounts apply", she demanded that we give her the product for under cost or she would blast us on Facebook and internet reviews ... and she did. All over $10! Never seen an insurance "manager" act this way toward potential clients. Very Rude. She only cares about herself. I would not do business with a company that employs ths type of person as a leader in their company.
