They are not knowledgeable here. Each person I talk to gives me a different quote.

This is my 4th time trying to get a quote with them and the price for 1 car is real high and they don't try to help you they just told you this is what you have take it or leave it, last year was different there where more nice to customer but I think that now they have a lot of customer they just don't care any more to bad looking for another insurance company .

I have been with State Farm for several years with many policies including multi-vehicle, motorcycle, renters, and home owners insurance... About six months ago I cancelled a portion of my policy but I noticed the auto-pay has still been drafted from my account each month, I called to correct this several times with no resolution. I asked for the money to be credited back to me and was told that they can't go back any further than 30days and that it was already cancelled (even though I had a bank statement in front of me). I asked for a supervisor and was told she was not available, I then asked for a supervisor to call me back when she was available and I was told that she was busy and it was not possible. Needless to say, I terminated all policies through State Farm today and I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
