I absolutely love this company and particularly the office on Cascade Rd. I'm a new customer and the office manager there; Lacy, took care of everything quickly and hassle free. But what excited me even more is the fact that she reached out to me and offered me the right quote that suits my need. It took me a week to decide whether I wanted to join the GEICO family but after thinking about how Lacy was such a warm an inviting person, I said why not. Definitely the type of person/company I like to do business with. Until they prove otherwise, kudos to GEICO for such low rates and Lacy over at Cascade location for the exceptional customer service. My insurance company rocks 🤘🏾

I had an old policy in which I had a past due amount due. I got a new quote for current vehicle at $181. Once they charged $190 for past due balance, then they tell me that my policy changes and it's $311 a month. False and misleading. I canceled both payments and choose not to do buisness with a company that cannot be transparent from the start.

I called to get a quote and spoke to someone named nick if I’m not mistaken. He was very curt the entire time, probably stemming from me not wanting to leave an email address or phone number but I do not want spam mail as I was just seeking a quote. I rated this company one star because nick also hung up in my face after I decided not to give my social security number over the phone as he stated it was not the sole way to get a quote. I called back but then decided I would rather pay another company lots of money than deal with the customer service received here. Geico has great commercials with terrible customer service!

Switched to GEICO in October of 2014. The rates are fair and I feel so secure with my insurance. The representatives of the office greeted me warmly and were very good at explaining my insursnce policies to me. Its good to know that you'll be taken care of if ever involved in an accident. Great customer service and really honors its values. I will continue to renew my policies with GEICO.

First of all, I have been a customer for 28 years. Secondly, I have seen my policy rates increase. Thirdly, I'm being told that it is due to the rise in automobile accidents, not by me but other motorist in the state of Georgia. Really?
What happen to the days of paying for a reasonable rate for being a devoted customer? Now you are telling me that I now have to pay for other drivers negligence. This is absurd. I have called in several times to address this issue with you and receive the same Scripted response with a fake attempt to try to review for a better rate. Again this is absurd. And I have on several occasions advised that I am tempted to take my business to another company. Well that time has come.
Don't try to retain my business now, when I have given you time to redeem yourself with my policy. Once I leave, there is no second thoughts of coming back.
I have been giving you my money since 1988. And could have been giving you my money for at least 10 more years.
The insurance business has become a welfare company, forcing loyal customers with great driving records to pay for reckless, careless motorists.
Yes I am angry and sad at the same time that you would neglect your ethics for this selfish act.
But instead of me going on and on about what you are doing and refuse to realize. I will be taking my business to Liberty Mutual for both my automobile and home insurance.
