Waisted an hour of my time getting quote and after getting all of my payment information.... then tells me to wait for a paper application in the mail...Underwriting needed more information...BY MAIL...WHAT???...REALLY???  Don't usually give bad reviews. .the agent Sam was cool, but My time valuable...We could have started there and saved both of us over an hour. Poor Operations.

Erica was incredibly helpful! She answered all of my questions and was patient with me when I wanted to compare their quote with another insurance agency. Awesome!

Sam Klein from this Marietta location really helped me out with getting insurance for me and my husbands shared car. He was so personable and easy to talk to and answered all my questions about how insurance rates worked based on history. I was then transferred to Paul Donacik because I was interested in getting renters insurance, and he was also just as helpful setting that up. Highly recommend this location!
