Could not get a return call or email after requesting a quote on commercial insurance.

After contacting Phillip I received a quote for setting up my commercial policy within an hour. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me setup a quote for what I needed. I was disappointed that he did not discuss eligible discounts for my business up front. I determined that I should qualify for a fire sprinkler and alarm discount for my building. Follow-up has mainly been through email after the initial call which works great for my schedule. I hope that if I were to check with other companies the rate he offered would be competitive, but I haven't taken that step yet.

I am very satisfied with the policy and the rates for my commercial and business insurance.  I shopped around and Parmenter & Watkins had the best rate.  And they offer me a policy with Auto Owner...a very good insurer.
