Keats Agency - Nationwide Insurance

John provides friendly, personal service like I've never received from an insurance agent. As my kids have grown up and the number of questions we have about insuring them have also grown, he's answered numerous email questions timely and honestly. Has been a blessing to have a local agent who treats us like family.

When it came to my hunt for business insurance, I ended up in the office of Brian Vermilya. From day one he has been an excellent agent to deal with. He has always delivered options and results in a timely manner. Very good communication and anytime I call I feel like I'm first priority to him. My business is staying with the Keats Agency.

My experience with the Keats agency was superb! Brian Vermilya, my insurance agent, was VERY knowledgeable and if he didn't know something he would go the lengths to find out. He was great at communicating with me and keeping me updated with everything that was going on. He helped me with getting workers' compensation coverage for my business and my situation was a little more complicated, but Brian stuck through it with me and helped me to get everything in place. I was comfortable and pleased with his services because I felt like he genuinely cared and was eager to hlep. I would definitely recommend this agency and agent.

I've been a happy customer of the Keats Agency and John Grimaldi for over 10 years now. John and his team are always quick to respond and are wonderful to deal with, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my auto, home and life insurance!
