My son was there for four months. He got there very messed up mentally with major depression. He was very disrespectful just to say the least. Four months later he came home a completely revolutionalized young man. He is back to normal and it’s absolute unbelievable! Kori the counselor was very proactive with me to keep me posted and the whole staff were very personable and very helpful! I can’t thank them and God enough! Thank you Heartland for giving my son back and keep up the good work

The staff is extremely rude, especially while on the phone. Called 3 times in one day and didn’t get to talk to him once and just kept saying call back and finally told me that I didn’t get to speak to him for a couple days with no reason why.

Didn't like one of the new Dr's they hired because she is Medicaid scammer! She did Psychiatric evaluation for my now 12 year old daughter and now 11 year old daughter that they needed in court so they wouldn't have to testify in person against a monster who abused them! Lobe everything else about Heartland but they need to fire Dr. Pherrell she has tons of work that was billed to Medicaid but never completed that she done while at Center for Life Coaching and Councilling in Aurora Mo!

they loved to over medicate. jenna was the best nurse there. she was so cool and actually cared about us.

I went there once, it is a really good palce, It helps people with there emotions and heads up to Adam who worked there when i was there.
