Two Rivers Psychiatric Hospital

This place is the worst. I went hoping to get help but the staff wouldn’t give me heart medications and refused to call the doctor to get them OK’d for me to take. I had gone 22 hours after admission before I saw a doctor. By the time I saw him I was vomiting and shaking. The doctor said I was going through opiate withdrawal as I was vomiting into his trash can. I volunteered to take a drug test to prove my innocence Eventually they called an ambulance and I arrived at the ER with a blood pressure of 291/173. The ER doctors were amazed I was still alive. I reported Two Rivers and they did lose their Medicare status. However I see that they have it back. Please please if you have any potential fatal health issues avoid this hospital. They will let you die — literally

I went with my friend and her parents to be there for her for her to get help. I can definitely say this is the worst place she was referred to. Not only were we sitting in the room to wait for the lady to do 4 tasks for us to leave for like 20-30 minutes. The lady kept thinking I was my friend and that I was the one seeking help when I had my name tag clear as day in the open, and for all of you who know this place or have been there know that only visitors get name tags and the patients don’t. This lady kept calling me my friends name and telling me I’m going to be okay. I was not happy with how unorganized they were. They even brought in another patients paperwork and thought we were that family and asked us about that patient for a few minutes and we were confused and asking her what she was talking about. We were in the meeting room for at least 2-3 hours. We do appreciate the resources they gave us for my friend to seek further help. However, I am very pleased they did not admit her. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND.

this place is sooooooooo understaffed, totally wouldn’t recommend if you wanted to wait like 4 frieking hours just to get admitted into a psych ward, idk about this place man, therapist is decent.

I’d give them a zero star if possible. Malpractice and insurance scammers.

Been sitting here in a room for 3 hours trying to admitt my daughter. Nobody in sight. Piss poor staff. Definitely dont recommend
