Heaven's Touch Nursing Services

Horrible!!! The staff that run the facility and the nurses are of two different breed. The people they employ are usually genuine and sincere however the people that the family actually have to deal with and work together are uncaring and unprofessional. They do not seem to understand that their employees are in-turn working for the family as well and notice is needed when someone can not show up to work. When requesting respite hours they do not let you know when they can not fulfill them until you ask on the day where the next person is. They (per the staff themselves) do not have staff on a holiday which is usually when a family would need care for a loved one. Heaven's Touch does not care your tenure with company nor build rapport with their clients, when something goes array there is an immediate stop without care to the patient even when the situation is only politics and is resolved. There are never any apologies or ownership for them turning your life upside down and a blatant disregard for CARE if if you ask me. The owner is very confrontational and seems angry more often than not causing you to even wonder what you did wrong when you are the one that chose the company to start with. It feels like they assume you are not wanting to help or care for your family member and treat everyone without giving them the benefit of the doubt or and stereotyping/generalizing everyone to what must have been their worse client ever. I spend more time fighting the company than living my own life. Wouldn't recommend

Excellent group of peole to work with and for. I recommend highly. If I was still in the area, I would still working for them.
