Think and explore other options before sending your loved one there. Dad was there 1 year ago. Awful experience, with the exceptions of the therapists (Ira in particular), Annette and the wonderfully cheery receptionist. A couple of the nurses had harsh demeanors. A Social Worker called to inform us that Dad had to leave, on short notice. I was on metro at the time and asked if I could get to quiet place and call back, to which she agreed. Upon returning the call, I was informed that she had left for the day. Left messages for several days, with no return call. Dad ultimately was readmitted to the hospital and then to a different rehab facility. Very unfortunate , uncaring, and painful experience.

My caregivers Arlene, Kai and Kendra did in a wonderful in caring for me. Andrea, Michelle, Sarah and Carol helped me to walk again. I’ve been to other places and they were not successful in helping me to walk but the therapists here were able to. Special thank you to Andrea and Michelle. Excellent therapy department. Tommy the administrator checked on me and was attentive to all my needs during my stay. Thank you ManorCare imperial for taking care of me.

I would like to thank my CNA Leah, she really did a great deal for me, she made my experience more pleasant. Ashley the wound nurse treated me with kindness and lifted my spirits during my stay. I would like to thank all of my therapist who worked with me, they made me feel like a friend rather than a patient. Tommy the Administrator was a lot of help during my time at Imperial. Thank to everyone.

This is an excellent facility with superb physical and occupational therapy. Ian and Emily are two therapists that did an exceptional job in aiding in my recovery. The nurses aides are responsive and efficient as are the housekeeping staff. Tommy Conrad the Administrator was helpful and responsive to my needs during my stay. The nurses Sharonda and Carrie stand out in my mind among the nursing staff, as does Kai among the CNAs.
