This review is long overdue! After working for two other top agencies, I landed upon Flex RN in 2009. As an agency nurse I always want the highest rate and best contracts. Yes, the other agencies had a lot to offer, but Flex has something more. They have the ability to offer competitive rates and contracts while making you feel like you are not just another agency nurse. They treat you like family! Everyone in this company has your best interests in mind. I contribute my success as an agency nurse to my recruiter, Brandi Vansickle! From my very first interaction with Brandi, I knew I was in good hands. She is passionate about what she does, pays exceptional attention to detail, and takes the time to get to know each of her nurses. This personal attention is what sets her apart from the rest. Without a doubt, Brandi is always in my corner and delivers the highest quality there is! She is the sole reason I have never worked for another agency since joining the FlexRN team. If you are looking for a change, or are new to agency nursing, you owe it to yourself to give Brandi a call! I highly recommend Flex RN!!

I've worked with FlexRN for over 10 years, both as an employee of FlexRN, and as a Nurse Leader utilizing the amazing nurses from the Agency. I have found that the team at FlexRN has always been receptive of my needs, whether as agency staff or as Nurse Leader. FlexRN has always gone above and beyond to meet my needs and the needs of my organization. I cannot emphasize enough how truly professional they are in meeting my needs. Ogden, Diana, and Tiffany are simply outstanding. I would recommend this agency to any nurse or any organization, and they are often my preferred go-to when I need agency staff. I simply trust them.

I have worked for Flex RN as an intensive care nurse since 2009. When I joined the agency I was looking for a company with great industry relationships, top wages, flexibility towards my schedule and an orientation towards meeting the needs of their nurses. I found all of this and more with Flex RN. I worked consistently with Flex RN and they always placed me in arenas consistent with my abilities and availability. Fortunately, I had very few issues while working with Flex, but on the rare occasion I had a concern or issue with a client facility, Flex always had my back. Comparing notes with other agency RNs, I always found that Flex was the best. As a burn trauma nurse with broad abilities in cardiac, surgical, psychiatric care and more, I was constantly asked by managers to join their staff and by other agencies to join their team. Because of the excellent experience I've had with Flex, I've always turned them down. With Flex you experience a personable staff who genuinely care about you and work hard to keep their nurses happy. I feel very valued and have no qualms about recommending this excellent company! Job well done, Flex!!!

I have worked for many agencies over the years (approximately 16) and settled with FlexRN about 7 years ago above the others. Their ability to constantly find facilities and shifts is outstanding. From Bethany who I originally contacted for the paperwork, Kelly as my scheduler, Colleen for keeping my paperwork current, Stephanie with whatever other miscellaneous information is needed, Tiffany with answering more in depth questions for benefits or other issues and Ogden & Diana for being available and flexible in answering other questions and being able to provide insight into things from a business perspective, all are absolutely tremendous and approachable. They all work for you as an agency nurse and provide the highest level of service to ensure that the only thing you need to worry about is showing up and working. Resources are utilized and if there is somewhere you want to go, they will reach out and make contact to see about getting you there. I cannot think of anything that could be asked for when working for a nursing staffing agency.
