Excellent care and extremely supportive company. Very responsive and helps you create the individualized care plan that meets both yours and your family member's need. I can't say enough good things! I recommend them to everyone, because they helped me so much with taking care of my mom. I was able to leave town knowing she was in excellent hands. Highly recommended!

Rob and Kerry provided comprehensive information upon my first contact with them. They provided not only the 'typical' info that you will get from all companies but also some helpful tips/suggestions regarding questions to ask when talking with and comparing other companies. I subsequently had the in-home meeting with Kerry and Tisha (RN) and proceeded with the the assessment of Mom and discussed the requirements we were looking for in a caregiver. They took the time to explain both business as well as care processes with sincerity and compassion. In addition to the typical care needs, we were looking for a caregiver that met one specific criteria to help with the process of Mom accepting the need/services of a full time caregiver. They found a caregiver who meet ALL of our requirements the first time around - really helped for a smooth beginning and compatability! Thank you Brightstar, we are very happy with the ongoing care giving you are providing for Mom!

I had a last minute need for care because of a sick child. I spoke to Brandi the scheduler and the owners Kerry and Rob and they were able to find me care quickly. They kept me updated on the search for a caregiver and not only did they find me a body but they found me a caregiver that was a good fit for my son. Our caregiver was Dejanei and she was incredibly sweet and kept me updated during the day on how my son was feeling. She went above and beyond my expectations. I only anticipated that my son would watch TV all day and sleep but Dejanei took him for a walk when he was up for it, made sure he ate and he said she was a lot of fun to play with. I will definitely use BrightStar for any more last minute childcare needs I may have.

They over promised and under delivered. This was a horrible experience and would not recommend them. Please be aware.

BrightStar care of Fairfax is a great company. I've worked with them for several years and the owners Rob and Kerry are awesome and very personable. The staff at the office do their best to give you flexible schedules based on your availability especially Doneka who is very friendly and always there to help.
