Helfman Lasky & Associates - Focused Eye Care

When I had called and made my first appointment with this office, the woman over the phone was extremely unprofessional as she was having two conversations at once. She was also very rude and made me repeat myself multiple times. I called back the next day and complained. The second woman I spoke with was very apologetic and understanding. I hope this message was relayed to the supervisor. The physician herself was very knowledgeable and professional. The office was very clean. The best part of my visit was actually purchasing my glasses. The on-site shop is very quick. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the woman who assisted me while purchasing my glasses; but she was amazing. She was very friendly, polite, and was not pushy whatsoever. She was very smart and knew exactly what she was doing. I am happy that my bad experience over the phone ended in a better experience in person.

I just called to conform my appt for 3:30pm 01/18/18 which was going to be my first visit at this place but person on phone was so disrecpectful made fun of my last name said 26 letters on you last name !!!!!!! so poor customer service right after i cancelled my appt ...

Just another place that tries to see too many people at once without a consideration for customer service and timeliness. Over 2 hours for a regular eye exam is nuts.

Great eye doctor! I go to Dr. MacDonald and have always found her competent and professional. She also tested by daughter at age 1 and I was impressed my daughter was happy to let her.
