MVC Eye Care

My visit started off shaky when I booked my appointment I was told it was covered and then when I got there was told it wasn't via my insurance. As a mom, finding time for a appointment outside of being a mom and work is hard. So I was severely frustrated. The girl at the front desk Amber, was so kind and patient and tried really hard to figure things out. The Supervisor as well was very thoughtful and even allowed them to bill me until we figured out my insurance, and Donna was so kind at check out process. For a rocky start, my visit sure ended well. The doctor and resident we're very thorough and the staff was very personable and understanding. Definitely will return. I appreciate you all.

Everyone was really friendly & helpful. I ended up getting 2 pairs of glasses for under $600 with all the bonus specs needed to be comfortable in my glasses. They had a large variety of choices for frames. Will be going there again & will recommend to everyone I know. They also have coupons you can use online or in newsletters.

Extremely helpful and friendly. Very patient with my son during the exam and in helping him pick a pair of glasses. Highly recommend them!!

Highly recommend this vision care practice. Friendly, efficient, professional, knowledgeable staff. Bright, clean, well staffed and up to date equipment. Very good experience. Even texted me when it was time to leave for my appointment.!!! Very hi-tech.

Dr. Chuvette and the staff were very attentive to my needs and explained the photo sensitivity condition I'm currently experiencing.
