A friendly, patient and professional staff is there to make you feel like part of a family. Dr. Mocklis is one of the best doctors I've ever met and he is so kind. He really knows what he's doing. I wouldn't consider any other place for my eye care needs. I always leave feeling very satisfied and confident that I've received the best eye care available. It's a pleasure to have found this place especially since me and my eyes eyes are getting older. All my questions are explained and answered in a clear and informative manner. Can't say enough good things about Lens Doctors in Manchester.

Best Service EVER! I was looking for a new pair of glasses after breaking mine,. Two of my colleagues had really bad experiences at the vision place in the Mall of NH so I spent a lot of time researching area places and found Lens Doctors was the best place for me based on my research. (I looked at reviews about the quality of their service and eye exams as well as the brands of glasses they carried). This compassionate team of professionals knows a lot about the eye tests they run, the lenses they have and the brands of glasses they sell. They know (and will tell you) what frames look best on you and why as well as their recommendations for the different lenses that are available for you. They do NOT do a high pressure sell - they just provide you with an abundance of information that makes your decisions about your eyes and your glasses easier.

I've been to this location and the one in Portsmouth NH. I had pleasant time at both. I need to make an appointment that day and they were happy to fit me in and take care of all insurance needs before the visit too! Great Dr. great service as my lens came the very next day!

Dr. Johnson is great. But that's where the good news ends. I got a prescription exam with some extra cost items - retinal photos and eye dilation. I ordered frames with single vision lenses and a second pair with executive style bifocals. The singles came through with polycarbonate lenses even though I had specifically stated that I didn't want that type of lens. The executives came through with the lines between the lenses slanted. Jeesh. They fixed this but it meant two more 2-hour round trips. I was told the total charge was $650 which I paid. Seemed high but no itemized bill was given to me. Then I found out later that they also got an additional $225 from Medicare and my supplemental insurance. $875 total for a pair of ordinary frames and lenses! I suspect they got paid twice for the same service.
