This place is the best around ! The doctor was so helpful and motivated to get my eyes right. And the lady’s up front where just amazing with there help and customer service !

I came in to try on frames and check if they took my insurance for an exam and glasses. I was there for 20 minutes and no one said so much as a, "hello, what can I help you with?" (Not because they were busy with other clients.) I listened to them pick up the phone as if the customer on the other end of the line personally killed their grandparents. Completely unpleasant. The selection of frames was poor, and so was the service. Lazy, grumpy workers. Avoid at all costs. Seriously; look through a magnifying glass or coke bottles for vision care before going to this hovel.

Had an appointment at 1pm. Was at wrong location. They advised I could come to the office, aware I would be 10 minutes late and driving from another city. They advised they would give my appointment to the 1:20 appointment. Which is fine. I can wait. I get there. Wait until 135 to be spoken too and they advise no appointments until 4pm. Thanks for having me drive and wasting my time. I would have just rescheduled if that was the option on the table at the time. My fault for being at the wrong location. But not the best customer service or explanation.

They took care of me proper- and even gave me a discount on some nice frames so I could afford to look fabulous! (Thank from the burrito lady)

Run from this place ! They will charge you for optional services before asking if you even want them. LensCrafters is deceptive so buyer beware!!
