Please don't shop here. I am a big guy and when I tell you they made sure to let me know I was to fat to shop in that store. I asked if they had any 59 or 60 frames in store both workers chuckled and said we don't have anything like that here. Then I find a frame I like ask can we order these in a 59 not a min later I get with a laugh yea we can't help you. Now mind you I was looking to spend close 2 1000$ on 2 pairs of glasses. Just got off the phone with the regional manager and she took their side. If you like to be discriminated against for whether it be you're weight color or any other reason go here. If you don't like discrimination go somewhere else. This whole chain is a joke

Was told my frames needed to be ordered, and that it would take about a week. After 8 days of not hearing I decided to give them a call. I was told there was an issue in the “factory” and needed to wait at least another week for my frames. It would have at least been nice if they alerted the customer of the further inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this business to a foe. When you spend hundreds of dollars on a piece of plastic you should at least be accommodated properly. Not inconvenienced beyond belief.

If i could give negative 5 stars, I would. Everything from the eye exam to getting my glasses was an awful customer experience. The front desk doesn't seem to communicate with the initial eye prep area, and then the prep area doesn't communicate with the eye specialist - meaning you end up repeating yourself over and over. Then it took over 30 mins to get someone to help me purchase my glasses with new lenses (It wasn't busy). After I purchased went through the process of selecting the frames and new lenses, I was told the frames needed to sent out. The employee actually made a joke, "oooops, i guess i should have told you that before we started the process." I was told 7 days, but today it has been 14 days and they still don't have an update for me. DO NOT GO HERE. It seems convenient, but not worth it.

Was told my glasses would be in to pick up on Sunday (1 week from order). Called 3 days after their supposed arrival date since they hadnt contacted me and all i got was "Sometimes things dont get in the box on time, they will get here when they get here, we will call you." That response did it for me. Never going to this place again.

Was sold sunglasses that DID not fit. Looked great, but did NOT fit my face. I didn't realize this until I left the shop and used them while gardening...they fell off my face every five seconds. Returned to the store and was told they could be adjusted. Got the adjustment, returned to the car, glasses slipped off my face the whole ride home. Exchanged the glasses for same brand, different bridge width. Miracle. they fit! Unfortunately, I have a decent prescription so while I was trying the sunglasses on they looked good to my not-so-great-eyes... Upon returning home I went to try them on (looking at them this time with my regular prescription glasses on) and am recognizing how beat these frames already are! There are scratches on the frames and sticky residue from past stickers. CLEARY these were returns themselves and returns that have damage. I didn't receive any discount and am definitely a bit annoyed as this store is quite a distance from where I live. Should I have seen the scratches at the store? Maybe. But I was more interested in a fit than a look and am now with hand-me down frames that I paid full price for. Debating bringing these back as well before the warranty is over. I personally will not be doing business at LensCrafters again. Giving 2 stars and not one because the staff is very pleasant. The products are subpar.
