I’ve been in 3 times. I ordered my glasses, brought them home only to find scratches in both lenses from the machines. After they remade them, I had to bring them back again because there was a scratch inside the lens on one of the lenses. Brought them home, called the store as soon as I got home because the lens that didn’t have an issue now has an internal scratch. I don’t know why they even changed that lens. I got the store manager when I called and he made me feel like I was the person who scratched them. I don’t know what has changed over the years, perhaps the quality of the materials or old machines, but this lab is terrible. I wouldn’t buy glasses here again.

They closed early today and I wasn't able to pick up my glasses. Glasses that I've waited 2 and a half weeks for which wasn't mentioned when I bought them. If your hours say you are open until 7 don't lock your doors before then.

So Sully said i should try taking an eye exam and im no wiz so i ask him why I'd ever want to take a test but he was too busy chucklin because i thought he's on my shoulderside and was talking to the side of the k'aoke machine. I said what the heck, ill give it a go. The exam office is in the back past the showroom. The staff was not super happy to have me and the pre-questionnaire asked a lot of intrusive questions that had nothing to do with eyes. Sully kept egging me on to check off that i smoke cigarettes even though i dont. After passing in the form, i tried on all the cool professor glasses until they called my name. Warning: the exam is tough and they dont give you any hints. The woman taking my test was very nice, tons of tests to do too but it was all a blur. They even punk you at one point by making you stare into some goggles and then suddenly shoot air at your eyes. They got me twice! I must've failed pretty bad cuz they told me i need to get glasses now. What a crappy wager but as i learned later, its what they do. These glasses merchants were way friendly and had me put on more goggles to measure my face, which was neat. I picked out some glasses, whatever. Got anti reflective coating because i felt poor if i didnt. Overall, very pricey for some metal and plastic. The anti reflective coating lasted a month tops before i started constantly doing double takes every time somebody's phone at the bar lit up. I feel like a cat that served in vietnam whenever anything that's a light shines behind me. I dont like it and neither does anyone within close proximity to me. Make it better. Glasses also broke after a year and they were ray brand which made me look like a nerd. The ear part just broke from the hinge and NO I CANT JUST BUY THAT STUPID LITTLE KIT FROM CVS TO FIX IT. 3 stars cuz i paid a bunch of money to flunk a test and a year later, ended up looking like someone who flunks tests. And because exam staff were all sourdough cookies (except for the woman doing the test, who was nice, but thats the only exception besides the showroom associates).

Never , ever try this store. I walk in there around 4 weeks back , order Blue IQ glasses for my son who is leaving for college this weekend . I had communicated with associate about his college date , I was told they will be ready by latest Aug 4th. I call on Aug 4th , they casually tell me that it is really not ready , have no idea at this point when the shipment will be done and this week is my good possibility. I call today , the lady who answers the phone says I should call back store on Aug 20th to check , and if I really need glasses for my son whose prescription changed , just walk in and get a regular frame available in store currently. These people had my phone number. Both times did not even have the courtesy to call me up and warn it is getting delayed. Never again this store.

Not able to comment on their in-store service, but I just tried calling the store and was hung up on. Quite rude, good thing I had not given them my business yet. From the other reviews its worth seeing in person, dont speak to the woman who handles the phone though.
