This place is a joke. We ordered contacts from them and for some reason they got shipped to the wrong store in another side of the country. They didn’t tell us for 3 weeks until we finally asked them about it. They had no way of even overnight shipping the “missed package”, nor a way to compensate or make things right. Other than telling us they re ordered the package and that it will arrive in 3 business days which let’s face it with the weekend coming up it’s more like 5. Never ordering contacts with a company that can’t even get basic logistics right the first time.

Customer service sucks at this location but Doctor are good. They need to find better employees.

Worst service. Manager is despicable. Didn't even know how my insurance of 13 years worked! Will never return to this location.
