NH Eye Associates

Over the past year or so I've met with 4 different people in the optical department. Each has been very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Just recently I went in at the end of the day and all three of the ladies there dropped what they were doing and helped me replace my busted glasses under warranty. I think I was in and out in under 10 minutes, with working glasses.

From the moment I was in getting my exam until the moment I left their way overpriced retail area I got the impression they were less concerned with my eyesight and more concerned with making money. After seeing what they were charging for glasses. I left without purchasing anything. The woman acted as though I had insulted her when I told her I could afford what she suggested. They refused to give me the measurements for my pupil distance so I could order online. I’ll be looking for another eye doctor.

Just moved here from Texas! Called the morning of and they were able to fit me in right away. Was having a serious pain and severe light sensitivity. They were so gracious and sweet and took the time to help. Love this place! Highly recommend.

Long story short. I did not have the best experience today until...Rebecca came and saved the day. She was such a pleasure to work with, very informative and sympathetic to my concerns. A true professional. She is a valuable asset to your organization and trust me when I say if every one of your employees followed in her footsteps you would have nothing less than a 5 star review each and every time. I commend Rebecca for her professionalism and just wanted to be sure it does not go unnoticed.

I recently moved to Manchester from Massachusetts and needed a new eye doctor. I was so happy I went to NH Eye Associates. Dr.Correnti and his team of expert professionals really helped me to get the prescription I needed with the frames I loved!
