Great experience and helpful staff. My husband has a hard time picking out shiny things for me and after getting chased out of another jewelry shop by pushy sales people rhymes with sales, we stopped by here and they gave us the space he needed to find something at the right price point. This sapphire was $105 with the lifetime warranty.

This Helzberg is worth driving to even if you are far, for all jewelry purchases and repairs! We live near Portland but drive out to woodburn JUST to see Jazmin and Josh! Teresa and Alice are amazing too! We originally walked in spontaneously to see how much a repair would cost, it was something very sentimental, and the care Josh took to make sure he made it perfect and Jazmin made sure to have it done in such a short amount of time, and for the best price. I was AMAZED by the customer service and actual care coming from them. So when my husband wanted to surprise me with a new wedding band for our anniversary, we came to see Jazmin and again, THE BEST!! I got the best ring, for the best price!! Jazmin spent so much time with me to make sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted! Josh is the nicest, most talented jeweler you’ll ever meet! Jazmin always goes above and beyond to make sure we get the best deal and the best service! And Josh is so perfect, he puts love and care into every piece he works on, his hands are truly a gift! I more than trust him with all of my jewelry, especially the sentimental pieces. I am never worried and always leave with the biggest smile, thanks to both of them. Paying the extra for the warranty is the best extra money you can spend! It’s so worth it, especially when you come to this specific Helzberg. Everything I’ve bought so far from the rings to the earrings has been with an amazing deal, and top quality! For every sentimental piece Josh has repaired, he’s made like brand new! It’s always so special, every time. I’m looking forward to the next time I go, to see them again, that’s how amazing they are. For EVERY repair and every new piece of jewelry we buy, will come from here Jazmin, Josh, Teresa and Alice are like family to us now! They’re the best team!

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a jewelry store. I recommend this store in particular to anyone I know looking for jewelry. They’re reasonably priced, stocked with many options and have the nicest employees.

The staff is incredible. They are always so nice and professional. Alice is a rock star! This store might be an outlet store but the service is top notch. Highly recommend.

I dropped my engagement ring off to be resized with my wedding band. In the process, they lost my engagement ring. Yes, they gave me a new one insurance does too if I lose it, but they only offered $100 store credit for losing my sentimental item. You can't buy anything in the store for $100. I will not be coming here again

I enjoyed the attentive nature of the staff. I believe I was helped by the owner who was very helpful. He guided me to what I wanted and had his jeweler size a ring for me within 2 hours. I enjoyed this experience. I will continue to frequent Helzberg Diamonds in the future for my diamond purchases.
