Samantha was awesome in aiding me to get a purchase sent to another store out of state who didn't have it and in doing so saved me money. She also checked up promptly to make sure it all went well. She is awesome and friendly

The staff here are beyond friendly! I had recently went to another store and had a horrible experience. The store manager Jessica went above and beyond to order me a custom ring and exactly how I wanted it. The associate walked me through how to apply for credit and the steps. I will be returning for additional purchases in the future!

Jessica the store manager is amazing! She has helped me and my husband pick jewelry out through our love life from dating, engagement, kids, and anniversaries! Love the sales and coupons Zales mail to us!

The wife and I went in there to get her wedding ring cleaned, found an awesome 1ct men's wedding ring so I couldn't pass up on the deal. Customers service was great.

I had a great experience here. The staff were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helped me in the decision making process. They were also able to help me increase my credit limit with Customer Service as well as the Sales people were not at all pushy. I would definitely shop from here again.
