OMG!!!! Let’s talk anbout amazing customer service at the K Jewelers at Sawgrass. The manager Carlos and Donna along with the Customer Care rep Alan were truly amazing. I am so grateful for all there assistance in replacing my ring as the center piece fell out. I just picked up the new ring and it is absolutely beautiful Thank you again.
Danna was amazing our whole process of engagement and she just became part of our family after all the time she invested in my partnership with my wife . She was patient and I would come back just to sit and have a conversation with .
Nicole took care of me on Christmas Eve as I was doing my annual husband /father panic buying. She was a calming influence, very friendly and knowledgeable and a great model. She ended up finding two perfect pieces for my two daughters and even wrapped them. Something an every guy who is last moment shopping will appreciate!
Stopped by Kay to look at wedding bands and was helped by Carlos. He was great. Very attentive, giving me ideas for a band that would look good with my custom designed engagement ring. He took his time to show me different options and gave me his honest opinion. He even cleaned my ring for me! Such a great experience working with him.
Sabrina was absolutely excellent. She helped me and my girlfriend decide what ring to choose for our future marriage. Without her the experience wouldn’t be near as enjoyable.
