Excellent staff but super inefficiently run.   Hertz, look at your metrics and see how long it takes to put a customer in a car upon their arrival. Also create a separate line for higher tier like President circle.

Rented from here a good few times traveling from Manhattan. Always had good service. Can get busy late on Friday evenings. So be important to get there before closing time. Much cheaper prices than Manhattan.

It was nice location but it’s closed now

Amazing team at this Hertz.  In all the years I have been a gold member, I have not written any reviews but this one is so well deserved.  Courteous, professional and the team went the extra mile! Exceeded expectations and delivered best in class customer service.
