National Car Rental

I have been renting past 2 years from ewr Airport but there was no problem but this location I was disappointed due to service. I had to wait for an hour to get the car. Even after waiting an hour they say we don't car only mini van is available.

Incredibly long line down the block, taking about 15-minutes per customer it seemed. Not sure what took so long for some people. Might be helpful to have priority lane for existing members and/or status.

Extremely long wait +30min and the agent is away from the counter for long period of time, where customers would just sit in the waiting room without knowing what’s happening.

This location is really well run, been there many times, always been happy with the service and the cars. Good location to start a drive upstate NY.
