This location doesn’t deserve any star. They gave us such a filthy car pictures attached. This was the worst car rental experience I have ever had. The car was in a horrible condition. The maintenance was past 939 miles at the time of pickup which could have possibly resulted in breakdown of the car. The customer service was horrible too when I tried to contact them about this issue. After I discovered this issue, I tried to contact the front desk but they were closed because I picked up the car close to the closing time. Then, I called Hertz’s customer support, they basically said that they can’t do anything and told me to go to a different location to switch car. I have already wasted so much time, so I decided to just take this one. After the drop off, I decided to submit a complaint via email. The response I got from them sounded really arrogant. They basically said they will forward my concern to management and about the maintenance issue, they basically said if the car broke down, we could have provided you with roadside assistance. That means they don’t believe in taking preventive measure before anything happens. It’s been 20 days going back and forth with the customer service through email and no resolution has been made. Now, they have just stopped replying. No words can express my frustration and disappointment with their service.
1st time here! I have never rented a vehicle on my own before. We booked months away and never had an issue. We had a reservation for 8 am and got there an hour early and did all of the paperwork and was done before our reservation time. There is a $200 deposit on credit cards. $500 deposit on debit cards. If you need to add a driver there is a $12 per day add on fee. We got insurance through priceline and of course had our own insurance as a back up, but with state farm they only cover you and not the rental being in the shop getting fixed. We returned the rental after hours and had no problems dropping it off and dropping the keys in the slot. The hold on my credit card was released the next day. I also took pictures in case there was an problems. Would definitely rent a car again. Very good experience.
DROP OFF LOCATION IS FIRST FLOOR OF WYNN HOTEL PARKING GARAGE! KEY DROP IS SECOND FLOOR AT THE PARKING GARAGE ENTRANCE INSIDE THE HOTEL. Note: we picked up in another state and dropped off in Vegas so we had never been here before. There is no signage, there was zero direction from Hertz as to where it actually was, zero direction on where to go to drop off the keys. We circled around a parking lot and streets for over an hour to find it. Then circled inside the lot and the hotel to find where the drop off was. With all of our baggage also we asked multiple people in the Wynn and Encore and other adjoining places if they knew where it was and everyone gave us different answers they were all polite and kind but just didn’t know
DO NOT rent from this place. Assumed service would be good being associated with the Wynn bit I was wrong. Didn’t have the car I rented Multiple lies and endless reasons. Too many to list. This place is the most unethical and least service I have ever experienced. Terrible terrible terrible business
Not even worth a one star, I had booked and paid to pickup my car today and was told no car is available and that was my problem. Very rude so called district offered no help and no apology for leaving my family stranded. Never use Hertz again
First of all,it’s a very convenient location as it’s located in the center of the strip.They open at 7 am,which is an hour earlier than any other car rentals including airport. Then you can easily return the car at any timeeven if they closed and drop off the key at the box conveniently located inside of the premises. The customer service is exceptional,I’d highly recommend to deal with Luca. He was super friendly, professional and easy to deal with. I really appreciate his help. It’s good to start your business or vacation trip without hassle..,then the rest goes as smooth as well.Thank You. A+
I had the exact same terrible experience as Andrea Salisbury. I would also give zero stars if I could. TLDR: I will NEVER rent a car from Hertz again. I booked 2 weeks in advance. We prepaid the amount as well. We received a text 2 hours prior to pick up that they were out of cars, and that we would have to call to get a refund. By the way, if you call them to make an edit to your reservation, they say they'll add a 5% charge to your reservation. That didn't happen in this case but something to be aware of. I spoke with a ton of other rental car companies this weekend looking for a substitute and none of them had that policy. Anyway, I called for the refund and was told that I'd get a confirmation email of the refund within 24 hrs. It's now been 48 hours and no email. I also have not gotten anything from my bank showing a refund. To be fair, the customer service rep was nice, but this is still a totally unacceptable experience. The refund email should have come through already and really the refund should have been processed as soon as possible. Hertz also did not offer to pay for another car from a different company as is customary. This has personally cost me hours of time looking for other rental cars and has ruined our plans for this weekend.
İt is ridiculous. We made reservations thru hertz call center and we came to branch and they said no available car . No more hertz
Convenient that this is located in the centre of the strip! The lineup to talk to the clerk was long which was the only downfall seems like they are very understaffed. Many people around us were upset that they booked through Expedia and didn’t get a car rightly so. We personally had a great experience, easy pickup and drop off, clean and reliable car!
Received the famous overbooking message 14 hrs before reserved picking up time. Hertz's website for reservation doesn't work. It's like the whole reservation and payment schedule didn't happen, although there were confirmation emails, text, etc. Basically, Hertz just used reservation as a way to collect data and maximize their profit, and had no plan to honor their side of the contract. You can see the missing of regulation in car rental industry, and behind that there's only dereliction and corruption. I am cancelling my entire Las Vegas trip.
