The unit is perfect! The staff are beyond attentive, fast and professional! The consistently go above and beyond to create a welcoming, inclusive and community vibe. I couldn’t recommend them more!
More upscale condo building in New Orleans, great high-rise feel. Wreaks of marijuana. I also question if they do background checks on the people who live here. About half the people are professionals of some sort while the other half are shady. Very expensive parking.
The entire staff is Racist! They harass you and make you feel very unwanted.
Wish they would make them condo's but then they probably wouldnt be affordable. Parking is almost $300. Don't make enough for the $1600 a month and make too much for the income restricted $600. Oh well.
