Woodward Apartments

I lived at the Woodward for about 2 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about my time here. The interior has a fun Art Deco vibe with an ambient atrium space, amazing views from the rooftop pool, convenient gym facility, on-site parking, bike storage, and apartments with a modern/warehouse vibe. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. If I placed a maintenance request, it was typically completed within 24 hours - sometimes on the same day. The complex allows pets, which is a great bonus - they always have treats and gave attention to my dogs. I'm so thankful for Candice, Karin, Fabian, Ms. Lou, Dreama, and all the other staff for making my experience here reach higher than my expectations. If you're looking for a place to live within the warehouse district, I HIGHLY recommend the Woodward Lofts.

I've lived here for 14yrs. Quiet place, in the middle of plenty Restaurant, places to enjoy yourself or just relax here at the comfort of your own home. Pool on the roof. Mrs. Karin is an awesome Manager. And her Office team members are very helpful also. Maintenance Crew, Dave and his team are great, friendly and quick workers. And Concierge, Mrs.Lou is one of a kind. Great worker and smile all the time.i will miss the Woodward Lofts.

I have lived in The Woodward loft apartments for three years, and it's been fantastic. The staff is lovely, and maintenance is also excellent and quick. I only have good things to say about the place. The location is safe and excellent. It is close to restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, pharmacies, and stores. The building has a rooftop with beautiful city views and a spotless pool. The gym is very convenient, clean, and open 24/7. Private parking is available, and I never had problems with it. My neighbors are friendly and respectful. They are pet friendly and love animals. THIS IS ALSO AN AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE DURING MARDI GRAS DUE TO WALKING DISTANCE TO THE PARADES. The administrative and maintenance staff have beautiful decorations for every season of the year, and every Friday, we have cookies in the lobby. Before COVID-19 we had popcorn and activities to get to know the neighbors. There is also a pet station with treats. Packages and deliveries are safely left in the reception, where they are organized and stored until you pick them up. Payments are online. Also, it is important to say that many residents have pets, but the building is always clean and does not smell like there are animals. I live in a studio that was completely renovated when I moved in. It has high ceilings and beautiful details—tons of natural lights. The unit has a washer and dryer. I have never had any problems with maintenance. I moved in from out of the state, and the timeline between moving and starting my new job was very tight. The administrative office made the process and the moving very easy for me. Candis, Mrs. Lou, Mr.Dave, Mrs.Karin, Mr. Flabio, Mrs. Daniel are excellent. I feel safe and comfortable living in these apartments, and I would recommend them to everyone.

Love living here, it is the best price you will get for the location and amenities it offers. I've had a few issues - my AC was old so my Entergy bill was extraordinarily high and they fixed it within a day and offered $100 off my rent. I also locked myself out of my apartment on a Sunday afternoon before the concierge got here. I was able to call the on-call staff and one of the property managers herself came up here to let me back in and was apologetic for the wait only about 30 min which considering it was the weekend was MUCH better than I could've expected. I also had to get my water heater fixed and that was done in a day. The people living here are nice and the maintenance staff are great.

I’m a part of the mgmt team, but I live here too! I’ve been working here a little over 3 yrs, and can’t speak on anything that happened before I got here. But, even if I didn’t work here, I’d still live here. I absolutely LOVE being here. This area is my favorite, in the city! The Woodward may not be a “good fit” for everyone, but those of us, it is a fit for, it’s the PERFECT FIT!!! We honestly couldn’t ask for a better group of residents. They truly make this a wonderful experience for me!

I had amazing experience here. The staff are incredibly helpful. From the front office, to maintenance, and janitorial staff, everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home in a new city. Ultimately, we needed more space than we could afford in the CBD or we would have never left this building. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful year.

I lived here in the 90's... I moved out in 2002.. Then it was great and educational I have not had any kind of blessings since I moved out of the the apartment complex.. Life is wonderful , just as if pause has taken place... Fun, parties, the guest and residents here we're of great family strengths of some sort. The staff was cool

Seems to be only one lady in the office because it’s simply ridiculous to to schedule an appointment to view the property. I even settled for a virtual tour but no follow up with the agent on scheduling it.

Had the pleasure of house-sitting for a friend. Great location, awesome rooftop, unique lofts. The management staff is fantastic, but the star of the show is Terrance who was the nicest, most helpful, and sweetest person our entire stay.

Really can't say enough good things about the ownership, management, staff, building, ameneties, and community. If you have the chance to live here, take it! Shout out to Miss Victoria and Miss Karin
