Very nice building and location, but that's it! Maintenance is horrible! My A/C has not worked properly for 3 months now! When I talk to the staff, they tell me they will fix it or that they can't find anything wrong with it. I offered to hire my own A/C repair man and deduct it from the rent but they said they would not allow that. To try to get their attention I withheld rent but their response to that was to try to evict me! Another time there was a flood a few floors above me. They quickly brought out a response team to dry the building but never came back to repaint the damaged ceilings and walls, nor did they offer to replace any of my damaged property! When the unit's all-in-one washer/dryer combo quit drying properly, they told me that "those dryers don't dry cloths completely"! I find that interesting because for the first 6 months my cloths came out dry every time and then suddenly started coming out damp. The neighboring building is being renovated into apartments. Every morning I'm woken up by the sounds of jack hammers and construction equipment! This is very annoying and goes on 7 days a week! The hallways are supposed to be air-conditioned and fresh air is supposed to be circulated through the building. They do not have this turned on to save money. This causes the hallways to become very musky and smelly most of the time. Finally, the property management rents available units out on Airbnb and similar sites. Many weekends there are loud guests staying over who don't live here. They come and go at all hours and make lots of noise. Bottom line, don't live here unless you like putting up with lots of bull and getting the run-around.

My family stayed here for a week on vacation. I believe half of the building is owned by companies who lease apartments for short vacation stays. Our one bedroom apartment was perfect for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better location or friendlier staff. There is a parking garage located across the street which was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

The trash shouldn't be kept inside a small room on each floor causing the hall to stink especially if your apartment is next to the "trash room".
