Hibiscus

Very quiet spot in the bottom of the hotel. Very authentic food with a waitstaff very knowledgeable of the foods and drinks. They were able to give great recommendations. The hibiscus drink was amazing! It has ginger beer in it so it is sweet with a kick. The sampler was a great start to the meal. The bread they gave us was very good as well. I had the stuffed salmon and my husband had the goat. Both were amazing. I was stuffed after but we squeezed in a desert.

Took large group of 10 for Mothers Day, we were on time for a 1:30 reservation but had to wait over an hour. We were able to look inside the dining room and saw no table larger than a seating for 4 and became concerned. They took our reservation 6 days ago and advertised a Mothers Day Brunch and Live Music. When we finally got called we were whisked off the the side overflow room. NO Live Music, No Caribbean atmosphere. When we complained before and after seating the mgr / owner did nothing to compensate us. Nothing off the bill, no drinks, No extra desert Nothing. All she was interested in was making her $39.00 per head. We stayed because of time and the day being Mother's but would never return. Felt ripped off based on the advertisement. They knew they could not accommodate us but neglected to tell us that over the phone. Management is terrible...

If you are looking for a great to have authentic Jamaican food you can check this place out. Very intimate and you need a reservation, the owner serves as well as mingles with the customers.

I ordered the seafood pasta and asked them to make it Caribbean spicy to add to the cheesy cream sauce it already comes with, and it was so delicious, scallops were so tender the lobster was plentiful and the shrimp as jumbo as they could be with out saying gigantic. Absolutely the best food I had all week on my vacation.
