Higginbotham Family Dental

Thank you to this staff! I had an emergency and they were open on a Saturday! I was absolutely not prepared for this to happen, I am one week post-op from a hysterectomy and recovering from that and ended up experiencing my first severe toothache ever. Thank you Dr. White for removing the devil tooth. I only wish that you guys were on my insurance so I could come back to be a full time patient. Thanks again!

Had four wisdom teeth extracted today and Dr. White was excellent. Honestly all four teeth were out before I even knew he had started. Erin, the hygienist who numbed me was also excellent. Everyone was very good at explaining what was being done, and making sure I was comfortable throughout. Definitely a 5 star experience!

I had a great first experience at Higginbotham on Southwest Drive! Meredith was an awesome hygienist who calmed my nerves and answered all of my questions and was full of helpful advice. Dr. Smith was great and helpful in explaining the dental work I'll be getting done. The front desk staff was also very nice and helpful in answering my questions about the financial aspect of my appointment.

I recently had fillings done at the location on Southwest Drive in Jonesboro, AR. Days after, pieces started chipping off with basic dental care actions like brushing my teeth and flossing. I found a chip on the edge of one of the teeth I had filled & called to get it fixed. Unfortunately, they had no compassion and decided to not accept my insurance, although a call to BlueCross BlueShield confirmed that Higginbotham was in the wrong. They kept telling me they didn't accept insurance through "Obamacare" (Affordable Care Act) even though it was BCBS & they had accepted it previously when I had a cleaning & my fillings done. I will not be going here ever again. I would not recommend this dentistry. If you go for cleanings, you might be fine, but they do not deal professionally with patients when it comes to more extensive procedures. Dr. Higginbotham was rushing through my first set of fillings and immediately ran out after he finished so he could go home.
