Conway Family Dental

I have been going to this place for many years and have never had any issues. Dr. Leo Crafton is a super nice guy and very experienced. I was pleased to learn that the Gordy's also attend our church and they seem like really awesome caring people. I also love the new follow up policies that they have been using, there is never an excuse for missing an appointment by simply saying you were not told, I like this as it keeps me on my toes and accountable. Good folks here, I'm sure you would like them if you are looking for a dentist in Conway.

I found the location of the office easy and the inside was fresh and clean. The staff could of been more welcoming. I found Dr. Gordy to be very welcoming, professional and friendly. He was engaging, polite, answered all my questions and did not rush me. However, last week when I called and spoke to Leslie she had said they do in house finance and on my way out the receptionist was not very friendly and gave me a huge total of which is hard to come out of pocket all at once. This was my reason for asking up front. She said they do not have in house financing and use Care Credit. If one is going to say they will and the other not, there is a serious break in policy and communication. I feel I wasted time going when what I was told is incorrect obviously. I am also very disappointed that since I was mis informed and there is no in house financing I will not be able to use this clinic's services. I left wanting too because my visit with Dr. Gordy was one of the most pleasant I have ever had. He has a wonderful attitude!

The establishment was clean. Parking was available. The waiting room had adequate space and seating. The staff was friendly and professional. They looked like they worked at the dentist's office. I was greeted with a smile by everyone. All the smiles were clean and luminous. It was a good experience. I recommend them to all my friends and family!

I've been going to Conway Family Dental for years and have never had a negative experience. Sabrina is one of the best hygienists I've had. I also give props to Dr. Jennifer Weaver for being one of the best dentists I've ever had. She explains everything that she's gonna do and makes sure you're comfortable during the procedure. She's awesome! I'd highly recommend her!

I can only speak for Dr. Gordy but I'm sure the other dentists here are equally as good. I and my wife have always been treated like family here. Dr Gordy is a great dentist and all of the staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.
