Central Dental

I cannot say enough good things about this staff! After breaking my crown off during lunch I called and was told to come in immediately. (Even being a new patient). They even fit me in for a cleaning while I was there. The receptionist, hygienist, and assistants were all so friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything before it was done. Dr Ake was very friendly and thorough! High tech office and superior customer service!

Very happy with Central Dental! Friendly and helpful from start to finish! I saw Sarah and Dr Hill, and got lots of good information and feedback. They were also very accommodating with my allergies to flavorings found in many flosses and toothpastes. And they clearly explained how I could approach the decision of whether to get a new dental appliance that my insurance won't cover. (They're working with me to see if one I had in the past is still sufficient.) Thank you for a good experience, Central Dental folks! *UPDATE:* Docking a star because, after losing my dental insurance, it was impossible to discuss self-pay options with anyone. Even when I left a message for someone they said could discuss self-pay options with me, that employee never called me. When I finally decided to switch dentists, it was a nightmare trying to get a copy of my dental records until I spoke directly with the office manager. She got an electronic copy to me the following day. So while I was happy with care in the office, the front desk hasn't been great to deal with.

Horrible practice. After paying for an exam & cleaning was told I needed to pay twice as much for an additional cleaning. I was told I had more problems than I actually do have (I went to see another dentist). Central Dental is only concerned about making money & isn't very ethical in their business practices.

These folks are great! Never a problem. At my most recent cleaning, sadly discovered my longtime hygienist no longer worked there. BUT.. my new one was fantastic, like she had been with me for years. Thanks Sarah!

Staff is always friendly,they don't overbook appointments so theres never a long wait in the waiting room,and you always have the full attention of the staff! Best dentist I've ever had and I was an army brat so I have seen a lot of dentist all over the US.
