We went on a Wednesday night to grill, and it was great! There was nobody else there and we had the run of the park. I wonder if it might get crowded on a busier day of the week, though. The grills at the park were clean and there were plenty of concrete tables/benches to choose from. There was even a little (very little) playground/jungle gym for the kids. No public restroom that I could find open on a Wednesday night though. There was a restroom in a nearby building on the park grounds, but it was locked. Garbage and recyclable bins at easy access points around the park. And yes there is a parking lot!

Go here every year for a work picnic. Great experiences every time!
