Poorly maintained apartment complex in every aspect with high rent prices. I definitely do not plan to reside here for long. So very sad.
I would not recommend to people who don’t like rodents. While living here, one day I opened my front door and saw a big dead rat. I called Housing Authority and they said they would look into it. I hear gunshots almost every night and people play their loud music but I never complained. But other than that the office workers are nice. 2 Stars would not recommend
A great place to live.. convenient to shopping..on bus lines.4 stars because of all the cats running around and management won't do anything about them.. the same mother cat is working on the 3rd litter now.
Always quiet when I walk through when I get off of the bus. I don't know anyone that lives over here but it's quiet for the most part
Will not allow you to have project cars in the parking lot, Frown upon late night parties, faucets- tell you to make sure they drip all winter then get upset cause you don't tell them they drip the rest of the year. They complain when your baby momma drop ALL the kids off before you get back. Won't let you be a little late or short on the rent. Always spraying for bugs. Won't let you cut hair on the balcony.
Went to visit my aunt Too many folks hanging out and keeping up noise. Some dude was drunk and a mess in the street while it was raining. Beef yall security up please
Have had to deal with gunshots and fireworks goin off every day since move in. Would be nice if security or some one could handle it. People have to go to work in the morning!
I can't find anything good to say about hear besides have nice nabhors..I haven't had hot water a lil over a month and the office knows it.my car was illegally towed because the office manager thought it was stolen and now it's a little harder to find a job doing this pandamic while she pulls up in her new luxury cars.i seeking help for suein this complex if anyone can help me out
Looking at apartments here and was almost robbed. Lucky I had a CCP, and knew my rights. The two teenagers said they thought I was someone else and quickly left. Personal safety is questionable. Hate to visit in the evening. ONE STAR.
This is one of the most dirtiest apartments in Whitehaven. My mail has been getting wet every since I moved here ,theres excessive mold growing in the corners, I have a hole in the floor covered with planks, and the people walk all night through the morning very noisy.Good luck if u move here
