Great place to swim enjoy the sun. The food in the concession stand is a bit pricey which is why I didn’t give the five stars restroom a tad dirty as well.

Not open till Friday and kids are upset. Change your google hours and hire people of age since school isn’t out.

Today I went to the Hilliard West pool and found that after I had already paid, the main pool was closed early due to someone having a liquid bowl movement in the pool. I had not got into the water yet and went back to the front and asked for a refund or a pass to come back a different day. The first three people tell me that the PH of the water is what we are waiting for to get back in (as the PH will determine it is clean and safe...) I then am finally passed off to the manger who then tells me that the pool has 4 times the amount of chlorine in it than required by law and since the lazy river is still open that I, a man over 30 years old without kids, can go float in the lazy river with the children.... I am then told that the main pool will be re opening shortly and that because of that, even though I have not even gotten in the water, I cannot be given a pass to come back on a different day. I honestly wouldn't have wanted to come back on a different day. It isn't like you were going to actually clean that pool. The same water, with that kids fecal matter is still floating around in your pool. Just because you bleach your pool doesn't undo diarrhea in the pool. Also I don't think you should be suggesting that middle age men go float by themselves in your kiddie pool. As an uncle, I know I would not want some older dude floating around (with out kids of his own) in the kiddie pool. The kiddie pool is not a replacement for your main pool and lets be honest, with your cleaning skills it is probably full of fecal matter as well.

We love this pool! There are diving boards, a seperate lap pool and baby pool. The baby area has lots to do. There are plenty of places for parents to sit or catch some sun. There is also a lazy river that you can float around in. Love this place! We've not tried the food. I would've given five stars, but the bathroom smelled like urine and there was wet toilet paper everywhere.
