Marysville Municipal Pool

Haven't been here for the pool, except the dog swim, but the playground is great! My dog swallowed too much water so I haven't taken him back to the pool. Not their fault though.

Typical Midwest swimming hole. Good sized pool. Great kid zone with separate pool and splash pad. Diving boards. Well staffed. Only open for summer since outside. In a park with good playground and plenty of picnic spots.

It is always crowded and that means SO MANY GERMS but fun my little siblings love when I take them to this place

Usually I don't say much but I just got kicked out of the Marysville Public Pool because of my bathing suit. The manager came up to me and said "moms" were complaining about my swimsuit bottoms. She told me to either cover up with a towel or go buy some shorts. It's not like I bought a thong bikini or anything. I was wearing a regular bathing suit. I said that it was definitely a double standard to tell me that because when I look around everyone is wearing the same size bathing suit as me but just because I'm built different and am a little wider and not stick skinny I had to leave without a refund because I wasn't going to cover up. I literally thought she was joking at first. How did I get criticized when there are people with their butt cracks out the whole time they're at the pool. And also I'm sick of 45 yr old Marysville moms. Guess I'll come to the pool fully dressed next time.

Was gonna go here with my friends while they are in town, but not after what coworkers and these reviews have said about staff... I have no interest in worrying about whether or not I'm gonna be humiliated because I dare to wear a swimsuit at a pool...
