Not A Relaxing Experience at all! The staff were nice and friendly, but that is where the good stops. My boyfriend and I used the Groupon special to treat ourselves for a day. We got the foot and back massages. I don't think the massage therapists were experienced with giving massages. They were extremely rough, and no this was not because it was a deep tissue massage. They made you pay more so that they could use oil to perform the massage! I had never experienced that.
The massage therapist was not too keen with privacy, as he was not considerate with keeping my towel down as the massage ensued. I was really uncomfortable with that. This was probably one of my biggest peeves!!
It was not relaxing , not calming and was not worth the money! I will never go back and do not advise anybody to go. It is a waste.

I had a couples massage & nearly half of the time massage therapist wasnt in the room. She left the room on several occasions. Then had the audacity to say tips are mandatory and ask for money saying my tip was insufficient.

This place is not recommended. The massage was less than average. To top it off they practically begged for a tip afterwards. Don't waste your money on this place.

Bought a Groupon for Aura Day Spa for a Couples massage with essential oils. Called the place to see if there were any openings for that day and the woman whom I was speaking with barely spoke English. Asked me several times if it was paid for, which I said yes since it was a groupon. Told me she was going to send me to the other location around the corner. I just thought okay it’s probably owned by the same people. I never googled it, which I should have. The woman also asked for my personal phone number so she could text the address to me. Then called again about 30 minutes later to make sure I got the address. Upon arriving I make my boyfriend stay in the car so I could go in and guarantee we weren’t going to be paying anything and that they were going to accept the groupon. They said they were. The man took down my voucher number and without even asking just clicked the “Mark as Redeemed” button on my phone on Groupon. At this point there was no going back right? I went outside to get him and when we walked back in the man said there will be a $4 tax since Groupon does not tax. I just said Okay even though He already guaranteed I wouldn’t be paying anything. But $4 isn’t that bad so I just said okay. They just point to a room for us to go to. We just walk over blindly not knowing where we are going and the man comes up behind us and just opens a door and we see two beds. The room did not seem in any way relaxing. So we go in. He shuts the door and left. We looked at each other. I tell him we can reschedule at the original place if he would like he says no this will be alright. At this point I already know this is going to be a bad experience. Neither of us knew what to do since he left. So I had to walk back out and ask what we were supposed to do which the man was confused about the question. He responded “what do you mean what do you do?”. I pointed to the room and I said “I mean what are we supposed to do? Are we supposed to dress down?” He says “oh. Lay face down on table. Cover with towel.” Keep in mind this towel is very small. I’m not a big woman and I had issues with this towel. He then went to leave and then barged back in asking if t was our first time to which I responded yes and then he said okay sorry and left again. We quickly undress to our underwear and lay facedown on the tables. About 30 seconds after we laid down they knocked and, without giving us a chance to answer, walk in. Thank god we were laying down I guess. The man uncovers my back, also uncovering half of my butt! He did not care to cover me or keep me covered. The massage was very painful. It was not in any way relaxing. The two massaging us kept talking between each other in their own language which just made it even less relaxing. The massage was mainly myself trying not to react to how much this man was digging his elbows into my back, his thumbs in my neck, and my butt out in the open. When he asked me to turn over I had to attempt to keep myself covered while he just watched. He then started doing my legs and folded the towel up to where if i wasn’t wearing anything, everything would’ve been out. They also used hot rocks, which I didn’t know was in the massage. And I almost freaked out when he put them on my back with no warning. I hoped the other person didn’t do the same to my BF where as he is not very fond of heat and for me to react like I did I hoped they wouldn’t do the same to him because I know his reaction would be worse. But his person told him before they did everything. As mine did not. This man never massaged my feet. When he was massaging my legs he nearly pulled the towel off of me several times. I basically had to hold it on myself. And everytime he went to bend over to massage my further side from him he would have his “stuff” just basically rubbing my arm. I kept moving my arm away from him but it didn’t seem to be working. I was glad when the massage was over so I wouldn’t be in pain and be uncomfortable anymore. The place is super sketchy when you first get there. I do not recommend this place in any way at all.

My wife bought me a Groupon for a foot massage. After reading the reviews, I was VERY hesitant. When I walked in, there was a woman sitting at the desk (her name was Vivian) who checked me in. She then marked the Groupon voucher and explained that there was a $2 tax since Groupon doesn't collect tax. From there, she led me to the foot massage area. My feet were placed in a bucket of warm water and soaked for 5-10 minutes. The massage portion was AMAZING! She was very calm, quiet, and careful yet firm where necessary. I was very relaxed through the entire process. When finished, Vivian had a cup of water waiting for me. There was a chart at the desk with recommended tipping. I gladly paid the recommended $20 though I was never pressured into doing so. They never even referenced the sign on the desk. I can't speak for body massages but, if Vivian gives you a foot massage, you won't be disappointed. She also said they honor the Groupon price if you mention it to them but pay them directly.
