Great hotel, the rooms are getting dated but over all a nicely sized room that was very clean to the eye. The front desk staff was excellent very helpful. I had a business meeting and they helped me print some things we had to change the settings and ended up copying it over to word to get it right. Staff was above and beyond to help me and I really appreciated it

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and 3 days during an event in the city. The hotel's location is excellent, quiet, and the front desk associates, as well as other staff, were exceptionally nice, helpful, and accommodating. The valet service was outstanding, and the experience at Ruth Chris and their staff was nothing short of amazing. However, we encountered some issues with the room. Eric, who was very helpful in responding, couldn't fully alleviate the concerns. Upon arrival, we discovered a broken door to cabinet/dresser to fridge when attempting to store refreshments. Although we managed to makeshift a fix, it made the stay a bit inconvenient, we tried to avoid using it at all. The toilet had a continuous running issue after flushing, which was promptly addressed by maintenance and was appreciated. The major setback was the absence of an exhaust in the bathroom. Taking a hot or slightly warm shower filled the room with so much steam that you could not see your hands or feet in the bathroom. We had to wait 15-20 minutes, airing out the room, before using the bathroom again. Additionally, housekeeping overlooked refilling the shower gel and lotion, and while the front desk promptly notified the staff, they only provided three bars of soap as a replacement shrugs. Despite these room-related challenges, the hotel's location, cleanliness of the grounds, lobby, and amenity areas, as well as the friendly staff, contributed to a positive overall experience. However, improvements in room conditions, particularly in addressing maintenance issues, would enhance the overall guest satisfaction.

The lunch and dinner food at Ruth’s Chris Steak House is outstanding! I was very disappointed with breakfast because the menu online and at the restaurant menu showed eggs Benedict and other types of breakfast food and they had none of it there. They only had very basic breakfast food and the price was high for what they were serving. The lunch and dinner food were terrific!The front desk staff was outstanding, the bar and restaurant staff were terrific too! You can park in a parking area yourself for a fee every night or use valet parking for another fee. Pulling up to the hotel to check in or use valet parking were confusing. It is a very tight spot just off the road and it is hard to tell where you should pull up, which lane to use where to park short term. I used valet parking because of an injury. We were checking out at the same time lunch started and Ruth’s Chris and the front desk had a valet park my car in the front and load my luggage. Everyone there gave me the best hotel service I’ve ever had. I have to give a shout out to the front desk receptionist, Eric and bartender and food server, Cameron! They are the absolute best and made my stay exceptional! Rooms: Very nice and clean. The hotel is luxurious but the rooms are not extravagant. They do have plenty of towels and great lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in pumps on the wall. Nearby activities: A lot of nightlife within walking distance or a short Lyft or Uber ride. Only a few miles from the zoo, museums other attractions. Safety: I felt very safe in the hotel and the room. Walkability: Many things to do in walking distance. Food & drinks: The food and drinks at the hotel restaurant, Ruth’s Chris, are made with fresh ingredients, the steaks are tender and flavorful and some of the best I’ve ever had and they have an incredible stuffed chick breast that is special. Noteworthy details: Wonderful staff! Even the guests were friendly and looked happy. If you use the Hilton Honors app there are perks. I just started so I only had a few perks but the more points the more perks!

I booked 6 months in advance a suite for the 3 of us. The "pull out sofa bed" was a one inch thick "mattress" with no linens, that was totally unsleepable, and when extended it totally blocked the hotel room door - and it was $450 per night - aborted the stay and moved over to marriott courtyard for a normal pretty updated 2 double bed room.

Beautiful property! As soon as you pull up to the front doors, you can just feel the elegance! Upon entering, you notice Ruth Chris's steak house to your left. If you have ever had it, you know this place is to die for! If you haven't, it is a must if you staying! The front desk staff was all very friendly and helpful. I even had a brief interaction with one of their maintainance workers. Everyone was wonderful. The hotel was clean, both inside and out. I highly recommend staying here.

The location is great because it's an easy walk to lots of Columbia destinations. The room was nice and clean, and the bed very comfy, though the pillows squished down to nothing. I really disliked the nightlights that are integrated into the switch by the door and in the bathroom because you can't turn them off. I was rigging towels to hide them because they're so bright. I did appreciate the modern plug options by the bed and at the desk. I was here for a conference and the meeting rooms were standard conference rooms always freezing, no windows, mediocre meals. The hallways throughout the hotel were freezing too which makes you wonder if they are covering something up. It's a waste of energy. I loved that they have one of those water bottle filling stations. While it's really nice that they give guests water bottles, they put them in a single use plastic bag see photo which is terrible for the environment and they don't have any recycling for anything in the whole hotel which is a huge disappointment. Seriously? I expect more effort to be environmentally responsible from a Hilton. I can't remember being at a hotel without recycling in many years. The receptionists were not very friendly they always seemed in a bad mood and were a little rude but I didn't have to interact with them much. The pool and outside area are super nice and they have a fitness room with Pelotons. Elevators came quickly.

This hotel needs updating. The walls are super thin. You can hear everyone's conversations, coughing and TV. No quietness at all. The floors appear dirty. They use a lot of fragrances to cover the oldness of the hotel. Had to take the stairs a couple of times because the elevator doors would never open. Walkability: Great location to walk to several places.

We were in town for a show down the street. Excellent location, plenty of parking in a well lit, safe parking garage attached to the hotel. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were amazing. Thank you for a great night. Rooms: The room was very comfortable. We slept great!
