I was here for a seminar and stayed 2 nights. Staff was kind and on top of things. The food was delicious, my friend and I had chicken parmesan and some sort of beef goulash. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel! Rooms: Very clean!!
My husband and I got married here in September and I can't say enough about how great of an experience it was. Morgan was the best wedding coordinator and she made everything so easy and laid back for me, the bride. She made sure that my vision came to life and was never pushy. She was a great communicator throughout our process, and I would recommend her to anyone thinking about having their wedding here. Food was good and bartenders were so great. The price for everything was so reasonable as well! 2 thumbs up to Morgan!
We had a Double Queen room on the second floor. The A/C and heat worked great, water pressure was good shower was hot. The pool and hot tub downstairs were nice and not busy so our family had the pool room to ourselves. Room service had a limited but good menu. Their 16" pizza was delicious. All of the staff from the housekeepers to the room service to the front desk were all super polite and willing to bend over backward for anything. I'm used to needing to bring my laptop with so I can connect it to the tv and watch Netflix, but I didn't have to, the large 50" flat screen tv had it built in. There is a great on order breakfast/ buffet breakfast area but you have to pay for that separately.
Comforable, pleasant room and hotel — not fancy but had everything we needed and felt clean and safe. Near lots of restaurants and stores, the mall, etc. — we drove to get food, but one could walk to a variety of restaurants easily if needed. We didn't try the hotel restaurant/bar during our short stay, but it looked nice. We had one of the king "suites" with a sofa bed and a semi-separate bedroom area, which made it easy for one person to go to sleep earlier while others stayed up longer. It's a long narrow room, and the setup did make the living room space a little dark, since the only window was in the bedroom section beyond a partial wall, but the ample mirrors helped brighten it up. We liked having the mini fridge and microwave though a minifridge that had a freezer would've been nice. The furnishings were a little basic but clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.
I am writing this review having never stepped foot into the Hilton Garden Inn in Fargo. Someone checked into this hotel, using a fake id with my son’s information on it. When contacted about the identity theft, this hotel has refused to assist local law enforcement to help find the thief. Noteworthy details: I contacted this hotel regarding this matter and they told me to reach out to the Hilton Honors program as this theif has also created an account with Hilton Honors. When questioned, the person at Hilton Honors hung up.
Stefano , the late night front desk was amazing! He made us feel very welcome and ensured our check in went very smoothly! Grazie mille Stefano! Stupendo! Make sure you visit our restaurant in Montreal if you’re ever around! Ps you forgot our candies Rooms: 5/5

Very nice hotel, convenient location off of I94. Fargo is a very nice town. The hotel was well lit and felt very safe important when checking in late and traveling with a family. The staff was very friendly and made check in/out easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is an additional charge, but Panera/Starbucks are only a few minutes away. We would surely stay here when traveling again in the future. The rates were very fair considering how nicely the hotel is maintained. Safety: Safe part of town, well lit parking lots, 24 hour front desk clerk.
I’m saddened and sickened-literally-that the Hilton Garden Inn has changed its policies to allow animals. They have turned this once-nice hotel into a barn. We have zero pets. We stayed for two nights three weeks ago. We went home to our new house and our brand new mattresses and our zero animals and set our luggage at the foot of our bed. The next morning we noticed we were getting bitten around our ankles and feet. We pulled back our sheets and saw fleas. It cost us over $1000 in extermination costs and replacing sheets blankets etc. Do we know for certain the fleas came from this hotel? No. We called the manager and never got an answer. We talked to people who said they pull the mattresses off one bed to let their dogs sleep on it. The next night we sleep on that mattress? Where do these animals poop and pee? That’s right-on the hotel property where you and your kids walk. So seriously sickened and disappointed this hotel has caved in to the “fur baby” culture. Gross.
The pool is unuseable as it was dirty and had no heat at all,the hot tub was scolding hot. The tv is not useable for usb/hdmi.Rooms: 4/5
