I won this trip through my tribes Healthy Lifestyle Initiative for 2017. This has been the best Jump Start Program that I have had. I have learned so much to take back home and share with our Wellness Staff at home. The staff is fantastic everyone from the front desk staff to the people at the Indigo Spa. Make sure that you do your research before you come. I didn't know completely what was involved until I got here. But I wouldn't change the experiences that I have had for anything! The best time to really come in my opinion is the Spring time. Not horribly hot and not to cold its just right! The food is pretty amazing too! I love how its all in portion controls and its delivered in a very beautiful presentation. I highly recommend this place. Again GREAT GREAT facilities, staff and location!

A very dynamic environment where everyone is friendly and the instructors work with all guests as much as possible. The food is top notch and the best I've ever had. The atmosphere sets up EVERYONE for success during and after the stay!! Strongly recommend it to all that are interested.

Still the best!! I have gone to Hilton Head Health yearly for the past six years. I went for a week in 2010 with the intention of getting a kick start on weight loss. I lost 3 pounds that week and continued following the program I went home with until I lost the 30 pounds I needed to. The best part of my story is that I have spent time there each year to restore and renew my healthy journey. I have kept the weight off and am now a gym rat thanks to the thoughtful and inspiring staff at HH3. Karla has kept the food interesting as well as healthy. I purchased the cookbook on my last stay and have made several of the recipes - yummy!

What a disappointment. It was such a wonderful place in the past, but they fired all the good instructors and use unpaid interns to lead the classes. The food used to be wonderful, and is now ordinary. Even though they were only 1/3 full, they could not accommodate me arriving on a day other than Sunday or Wednesday. What can you expect from a place run by the owner's girlfriend whose prior experience was tending bar.
