Absolutely love this place. They were so professional and easy to work with. We had our bridal party here with 10 people and no one waited longer than 10 minutes for nails/toes. They were so accommodating and talented. They provided a bottle of champagne, table, cups and allowed us to bring our own food/alcohol! Highly recommend this place! THANK YALL!

The only nail salon on the island that loves your nails as much as you do! Super friendly, very comfortable atmosphere, plenty of chairs to relax in that give the best massages. And very fair with pricing on all their services, appointments aren't always needed but offered and during "in season" suggested. This place is definitely the all around Best out of the Carolinas that I've ever been to in the 12years I've been getting my nails done. Pay a visit to them if you're in the area and you're welcome in advance.

This place was absolutely wonderful! We came to Hilton Head for a mothers day vacation and chose Tiffany's based off of their good reviews, they didn't disappoint! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. They made you feel like you were a priority and you were there to be pampered. My mom had actually left a shopping bag and when we came back the shop manager had it with her under her table waiting for us to come back! I recommend this salon to any out of towners who are looking for great service. Thank you guys you for making our trip special!!

Fantastic experience. They got me in quickly as a walk-in. Their nail shaping and sculpting techniques are more sophisticated than the average nail salon. My nail tech was very skilled and personable. They take their time with each client. You don’t feel like they’re rushing you out the door. I will definitely use their services again.

I went to get my nails done, and get acrylic. They don’t do acrylic anymore according to one of the workers, just “dip,” which was odd but I went along anyways. The man doing my nails told me it would be $5 extra to simply do the shape I wanted, but wouldn’t he have to shape my nails anyways? My nails came out crooked and way to thick. I went to pay and the price came $10 over the original price. I asked why and the man that did my nails told me it was $5 extra for the shape I wanted and $5 for the tip. I was willing to let the $5 extra for the shape I wanted slide, because I was told about it before I went to pay, but a worker cannot automatically assume I’m going to give a tip (especially when my nails turned out horrible) and decide how much the tip will be! He has no say in how much the tip will be! The lady after me went to pay and they did not include the tip in her price. Poor customer service, and unjust ways to trick their customers into paying more, especially if you look younger and come without an adult, or you seem like a tourist. Definitely will not return, and recommend everyone that considers going here to not come either.
